Filing Summary: This document serves as a supplement to notify holders of the variable annuity contracts that the Goldman Sachs VIT Multi-Strategy Alternatives Portfolio will be liquidated on or about April 11, 2025, coinciding with the Market Close of the New York Stock Exchange. Upon liquidation, the funds in the Portfolio will automatically convert to the Goldman Sachs VIT Government Money Market Fund. Investment in the Portfolio will cease before the liquidation date, with April 8, 2025, being the cut-off for transferring from the Portfolio. Policyholders must initiate transfers out of the Portfolio by the specified time on the Liquidation Date if they do not wish to have their assets moved to the Money Market Fund. Any existing instructions for transfers after Market Close on the Liquidation Date will default to the Money Market Fund. The automatic transfer of liquidation proceeds will not affect the policyholders' permitted free transfers within a Contract Year.
