Comments: On January 1, 2025, Grayscale Investments, LLC (GSI) completed a corporate reorganization, merging into Grayscale Operating, LLC, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, Inc. Following the merger, Grayscale Operating (GSO) took over all rights and liabilities associated with GSI. The reorganization was structured under Delaware law and was not expected to materially impact the operations of the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF. In conjunction with this merger, certain contracts relating to GSO's role as Sponsor were assigned to Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC (GSIS), affirming GSIS as the new Sponsor.
