Filing Summary: On July 2, 2025, the Consortium, consisting of Cognisa Investment, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC-Masdar, and Platinum Hawk C 2019 RSC Limited, submitted a revised non-binding proposal to acquire all of the shares of ReNew Energy Global plc not currently owned by the Consortium at a price of $8.00 per share.
